They were guided by Mr Jed to master basic English vocabulary and basic steps of making a dish. The food we eat is often a reflection of our values and culture. English Fun Day – The YCM Summer Sports Carnival 2022-2023On this special day, our students not only get to learn positive values through sports but also engage in real-life communication with our NETs. Our school transforms into a sports ground where students play various sports carnival games and reach the finish line as fast as they can. Let’s give it to your best shot!
After playing all the sports games, students realise that ‘No winning without losing!’ Learning English is just like running in the sports ground. No earning without learning!
Principal Siu reminds students to embrace the power of sport to bring joy in learning English in a fun, engaging way and thank to all the teachers for collaborating together to pull off this special event. Teamwork does inspire our students to shine from within.
English Recess ActivitiesOur NETs, Mr Jed and Mr Fred spend their recess time to play English games and with our students and motivate them to have more engaging conversations in everyday life English so as to boost their confidence in spoken English.
